Honey Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts
An easy, healthy, and downright delectable vegetable recipe for your holiday meals
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Prepare Brussels sprouts by removing any damages or tough outer leaves, and slicing each in half.
Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper. Toss the prepared brussels sprouts and olive oil directly on the parchment.
Space the brussels sprouts evenly across the baking sheet, flat side facing down.
Roast for 20 minutes at 375°F.
Drizzle the honey over the brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
