Homemakers Thriving in Community
Introducing the Back to Homemaking Collective's first virtual conference
You are always looking for ways to improve and enrich your homemaking craft. It’s how you and I got connected, and it’s why you’re here on my blog (or why I’m here in your inbox!).
You want practical skills and wisdom. You want to cook healthy meals with ease, to bake the most delicious goodies, to teach your children everything you know, and to create a home that serves your family beautifully and honors God.
I have always believed that homemakers— the women raising up the next generation and nourishing others— are a powerful force of Nature. We have the power to collectively influence the culture, the food system, entire industries, and ultimately, the future. And I believe the most effective way to do that is to not only serve our families, but to come together, serve each other, and elevate all of our homes.
Inspired by this belief, the Back To Homemaking Collective is coming together for a digital conference on September 30th! This inspirational event will help you discover tools you need to thrive, and empower you to take control of your homemaking journey (and the future). Join us to unlock insights and resources from nine homemakers, including myself, that will help you thrive in your home! We will also be sharing some free ebooks and doing a live Q&A so that you can have your questions answered.
I will be speaking about the seven homemaking skills I view as essential to creating a resilient and sustainable home, with an emphasis on building community. Of all of our useful homemaking skills, I have come to learn that the ability to come together and share those skills is the most effective of all.
